Wewtalk is a voice-first social networking platform that allows users to create, share, and engage with voice content. The Service includes features such as voice posting, following other users, replying to voice posts, and sharing content.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful community, you agree NOT to post, share, or engage in content or behavior that includes:

  • Offensive Language and Violence: Curse words, profanity, calls for violence, threats, or content promoting harm to individuals or groups
  • Sexual or Shocking Content: Content touching on sexual topics, explicit material, or shocking/disturbing content inappropriate for a general audience
  • Hate Speech and Discrimination: Propaganda of hatred, intolerance, discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Self-Harm: Content advocating or encouraging any kind of harm to one's own health, including self-injury or eating disorders
  • Harmful Substances: Propaganda or promotion of alcohol, smoking, drug use, or gambling
  • Animal Cruelty: Propaganda or depiction of cruel treatment to animals
  • Illegal Activities: Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities of any kind
  • Harassment and Abuse: Bullying, harassing, stalking, or abusing other users
  • Misinformation: Deliberately spreading false or misleading information that could cause harm
  • Spam and Manipulation: Spamming, artificially inflating engagement, or manipulating the Service

Users can report violations of these rules using the report function available on content and profiles. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on Wewtalk. By posting content, you grant Wewtalk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.

7. Account Termination

You may deactivate or delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WEWTALK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
